Charlie Tedesco

Nov. 13, 1997 - July 17, 2001

ST. JOSEPH - Charlie Tedesco, age 3, cherished son of Michael and Sarah Tedesco of St. Joseph, and brother of Laura and Anthony, died unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, July 17, 2001.

His brief life brought great love and joy to his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends and extended family. His enduring spirit will stay with us always. A memorial service was held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, both at Dey-Florin Chapel, Florin Funeral Home, 2506 Niles Ave., St. Joseph (one block south of Napier Ave., St. Joseph). Graveside services were at Riverview Cemetery, St. Joseph. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arc of Michigan, 333 S. Washington Square, Suite 200, Lansing, Mich. 48933.

The remodeled nursery at Berrien UU Fellowship was later dedicated to the children of the Fellowship as "Charlie's Room" and a plaque on the wall outside the room holds his picture.
