Report from BUUF’s Office Administrator 2012

As fewer BUUFers require hard copies of our newsletter and the contents of our newsletter can be found on our website by reading the individual blogs or checking the calendar, we’ve published fewer newsletters again this year.  BUUFers are notified of events more regularly by the weekly email updates and special email BUUF-announcements by various Board members and other BUUFers.  With Gretchen Ohmann as our webweaver, we are well into the 21st century.  We are now in our second year of posting our Annual Reports online prior to the Annual Meeting, which saves both time and material as BUUFers can read all of the reports before attending the meeting.  Thank you Gretchen!

Marilyn Klawiter provided the funding for the purchase of a small photocopy machine which I can use at home for all things BUUF-related.  This has been most useful for printing the Sunday Order of Service bulletins in a timely fashion.  Thank you Marilyn!
