Membership Report 2011-2012

1. BUUF welcomed two new members, Joann Johnson (June, 2011) and Michelle McHale (induction pending).
2. Total voting members 2012:  TBD  (2011—39)
3. Members in memoriam:  Heartha Whitlow, Ray Wilder
4. Attendance—Overall increase of 22% compared to 2011
   1. Average weekly total attendance 34 
   2. Average adult attendance 27; average children’s attendance 7
   3. Average adult visitors 5; average children’s visitors 2
   4. Highest attendance Nov 6 (Esther van der Walle) and Jan 22 (McConnell) (40)
   5. Lowest attendance Sept 11 (McConnell) (23)
   6. Average McConnell attendance 33, up 22% compared to 2011
   7. Visitors’ Table—Visitors’ table stocked with visitor sign-in sheets, nametags, UUA and BUUF pamphlets
   8. Visitor Follow-up—Personal thank you notes sent to all visitors within 1 month of visit; visitor info distributed as needed to Director of Religious Education and newsletter sign-up.
   9. Kitchen Committee—Emily Hecht oversaw kitchen committee and ensured kitchen stocked with supplies.  Thank you Emily!!
